To effectively update your tax withholding please complete a W4 FORM.

3 Year Recompete

Prior to reaching the 3 year anniversary date in their current position on assignment at BPA, SLMO will contact each Contract Associate directly before the Job Posting (JP) for their position is ready to be sent to Employers. SLMO will provide each Associate with the rules which will include the opportunity to select a different Employer (aka Supplier/Contractor/Agency) to submit them for potential consideration on the position. Please note, 3 years is the intended time period for the new recompete guidelines and may be extended beyond that as it is transitioning from the previous 5 Year Rule.

Rate Increase Requests

For new associates, we must wait 1 year from your start date in your current assignment at BPA before we may submit a request for an increase.

For current associates, we must wait 1 year from the date your last increase was effective in your current assignment before we may submit a request for an increase.
