Job Summary
A professional and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is needed to support daily office operations in an onsite business services environment in Scotia, NY. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and internal teams while keeping the front office organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate contacts.
- Provide prompt customer service and support for general inquiries, scheduling needs, and office requests.
- Enter and maintain accurate data, records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, process incoming and outgoing mail, and support delivery handling.
- Assist management and internal teams with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18 to $22 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Scotia, NY 12302.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage front desk reception, visitor support, and daily office communication.
- Handle phone calls, emails, scheduling, data entry, mail, and administrative coordination.
- Support customer service needs while maintaining professional office organization.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of receptionist, administrative assistant, front desk, or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor, dependable work habits, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, switchboard, administrative assistant, or customer-facing office role.
- Experience supporting customers, vendors, and internal production or operations teams.
- Comfortable working in a busy onsite office environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
