Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly and provide professional, attentive customer service at the front desk.
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, including routing calls and handling patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Mac-based systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and front office workflow.
- Assist with filing, faxing, mailing, scanning, copying, supply organization, and patient communication.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18.00 -20.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage front desk reception duties in a medical office environment.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, confirmations, and front office communication.
- Support daily administrative workflow, documentation, and office organization.
- Provide excellent patient service while supporting a fast-paced clinical team.
- Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a medical office required.
- Experience working with Mac computers required.
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
- Excellent typing skills, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain professional in a busy healthcare setting.
- Professional phone etiquette, polished presentation, and dependable work habits required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MD-HQ software is highly preferred.
