Provide Workday Integration delivery support to clients, of Workday Human Capital Management Applications. Act as lead and focal point with the client to coordinate Workday support issues and resolutions. Ensure requests are assigned to the onsite and remote team members and that the team members are performing efficiently. Delegate requests to appropriate practitioners, based on skill level and availability. Resolve integration issues.
- Conduct discovery sessions with client to determine pain points and diagnose how Workday can provide value
- Work directly with client and/or functional consultants to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off. Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.
- Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
- Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
