The new year is a special time bringing with it hopes for an improved future and, let's face it, a lot of bills left over from the past holiday season. If you're anything like us, you're probably looking for an easy way to earn a little extra money this year. Of course you could work to find that new and improved job, or gain skills to make you more valuable in your current position. If that's your goal, AppleOne stands ready to do anything we can to help you with those goals. But if you're looking for an even quicker way to pad your paycheck, you want AppleOne's Referral Bonus Program. It's quick, it's simple, and it pays.

Here's how it works:
It's simple really, when you hear about a company that's looking to hire a temporary or full-time employee, just let your AppleOne Account Executive know. If we haven't serviced that company before, and we end up placing somebody in a 40+ hour temporary assignment, or in a direct hire position, then you get our eternal gratitude, and a nice fat check. The amounts vary, so ask your Account Executive for the specifics in your office.

Referrals come in all shapes and sizes. "It can be a company that only has two people or a Fortune 500 company or anything and everything in between," says Branch Manager, Melissa Hayes.

The Referral Bonus Program is a big success with associates who keep their ears peeled. Take for instance, Gregg Davies. Gregg was an accounting manager who had gotten caught up in a lay-off. "AppleOne got me a much better job, so when my old boss called to see if I would be interested in coming back, I really wasn't," relates Gregg. "I did promise her that I'd keep my eyes open though."

Gregg mentioned the call to his Account Executive, Sharon, who was able to follow up and fill the position. According to Gregg, "A bit later, I got a check. It was great. I wasn't even expecting it, but you can be sure I'll be letting AppleOne know if I ever hear about anybody else looking for somebody."

So, if you hear of a company that's looking to hire, and you could use a little extra money this year, resolve to contact your Account Executive with all the details. That's one resolution that's easy to keep.
