We are hiring a year-round Tax Preparer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong tax prep experience who also enjoys mentoring others and contributing to firm growth.
You'll prepare and review individual and small business tax returns, ensure accuracy and compliance, communicate with clients, and support junior staff. You'll also help improve internal processes and work closely with the CPA and admin team.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience, be comfortable with both 1040 and business returns, and have a strong grasp of U.S. tax law. Proficiency in Drake or similar software and active PTIN/CTEC registration are required. Bilingual Spanish and tax resolution experience are a plus.
