In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. Your responsibilities include creating and updating technical documentation, developing insightful reports, and providing training to customer’s service engineers on the latest product lines. Building strong communication and customer relationships is essential—quickly responding to customer needs, managing difficult situations positively, and soliciting feedback to continually improve service. You’ll also collaborate with teams and travel up to 50% within a multi-state region, supporting clients both on-site and remotely.

If you have 3-5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, familiarity with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines, and excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
