Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (Direct Hire)

Our client is seeking for a Senior Benefits Administrator. This is a high-impact, direct hire opportunity for a seasoned professional who can step in immediately and take full ownership of a complex, multi-state benefits and pension portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
Administer and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans across multiple states.
Lead the administration of pension plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA and other regulatory requirements.
Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements related to benefits and pensions.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and union representatives regarding benefits matters.
Oversee open enrollment, benefits education, and communication strategies.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local laws (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.).
Analyze benefits utilization and cost trends to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, with a strong background in multi-state and unionized environments.
Demonstrated experience managing pension plans and navigating collective bargaining agreements.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Strong working knowledge of benefits compliance, reporting, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
