Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Customer Service Representative (Floater) and become the go-to support across multiple Memphis-area stores. What You’ll Do
• Deliver warm, helpful service to every customer—no matter which store you’re supporting
• Float between Memphis and surrounding locations based on business needs
• Build relationships with local shoppers and help grow store sales
• Recommend and upsell products to match customer needs
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with transactions, product questions, and light inventory tasks
What You Bring
• 2+ years in retail, customer service, or sales (highly preferred)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between stores
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or GED
