We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and drive efficiency, quality, and output. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in production environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
Lead, coach, and develop production teams
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Production Manager
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience in manufacturing or production environments
