A growing organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting. This is a key leadership role that ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict adherence to tax and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

Manage multi-state payroll operations for hourly and salaried employees.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements.

Review and audit payroll reports for accuracy and reconciliation.

Partner with HR and Finance on reporting, benefits, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of payroll experience, including management or supervisory responsibilities.

Strong understanding of payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
