We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll & Administrative/HR Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for processing biweekly payroll for 52 employees using ADP software, so prior experience and confidence with ADP are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a background in human resources and enjoy working closely with employees, including assisting them with questions about completing their mobile timecards. In addition to payroll and HR support, this role includes reviewing and managing employee expense reports through our online filing system (Dropbox)—verifying receipts and preparing checks as needed. You will also handle accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of 6–10 company bills each month. Regular administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, sending mass emails and text messages, and other office support tasks are also part of the position.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience with ADP payroll
At least 3 years of administrative and/or HR experience
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred
