Job Summary

We are seeking a Packaging Associate – 1st Shift for an on-site opportunity in Erlanger, KY. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on production work, take pride in quality, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Packaging Associate, you will support daily packaging operations by assembling corrugated boxes, inspecting materials, supplying packaging lines, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area. This opportunity offers a steady weekday schedule, weekly pay, and the chance to build valuable manufacturing experience with a stable and growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect boxes for proper labeling, structural integrity, and overall quality before use.
- Supply completed boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner to support production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following GMP, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with additional production, sanitation, and cleaning tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Work Location: On-site in Erlanger, KY 41018.
