As a Packaging Associate, you will support daily packaging operations by assembling corrugated boxes, inspecting materials, supplying packaging lines, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect boxes for proper labeling, structural integrity, and overall quality before use.
- Supply completed boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner to support production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following GMP, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with additional production, sanitation, and cleaning tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Work Location: On-site in Erlanger, KY 41018.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble and prepare corrugated boxes for production and packaging line use.
- Inspect packaging materials for quality, labeling accuracy, and structural condition.
- Support production line efficiency by delivering completed boxes on time.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with GMP and hygiene guidelines.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to comply with GMP standards, PPE requirements, food safety procedures, and hygiene guidelines.
- Dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience.
- Experience in a food production or ingredient manufacturing environment.
