A digital healthcare organization has an opening for a driven, customer-focused Sales Development Representative to join their team. You’ll engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right health solutions through outbound sales calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to qualified leads
• Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs
• Meet or exceed sales goals and track activity in CRM
• Provide excellent support throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and results
Requirements:
• Previous outbound sales experience
• 2-3 years of strong customer service experience (call center preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and sales tools
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
Compensation & Perks:
