We are seeking a dependable and motivated Operador de Manufactura to support full-time production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures and safety requirements.
- Monitor production processes to support efficiency, consistency, and product quality.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on materials, components, and finished products.
- Complete production documentation, batch records, and related paperwork accurately.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Report equipment issues, process deviations, or quality concerns and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and perform product quality checks.
- Complete production documentation and follow GMP, SOP, and safety requirements.
- Maintain an organized work area and communicate issues to production, quality, or maintenance teams.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred in manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or an industrial environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong teamwork, communication, reliability, and safety awareness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, food manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, standard operating procedures, and quality systems.
- Experience operating production equipment, machinery, or related industrial tools.
