We are seeking a dependable and motivated Operador de Manufactura to support full-time production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This contract/temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or industrial experience who are ready to contribute to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor processes, perform quality checks, and help ensure products meet established standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures and safety requirements.
- Monitor production processes to support efficiency, consistency, and product quality.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on materials, components, and finished products.
- Complete production documentation, batch records, and related paperwork accurately.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Report equipment issues, process deviations, or quality concerns and maintain a clean, organized work area.
