What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing members. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting new member welcome calls
Responding to member and provider questions regarding benefits, policies, the Member Portal, and claims
Investigating and resolving concerns with professionalism and clarity
Explaining benefits and procedures in an easy-to-understand way
Surveying members and ensuring a positive experience
Collaborating with providers and internal teams to resolve complex issues
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and excels at communication and problem-solving.

Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
$20-22/hour
Long-term temporary position
