What You’ll Do:
* Design with impact: Create detailed layouts and assemblies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
* Own the details: Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, and schematics that keep production running smoothly.
* Think like an engineer: Apply smart judgment on tolerances, materials, finishes, and cost efficiency.
* Collaborate & innovate: Work closely with engineers, production teams, and suppliers to bring designs to life.
* Lead & mentor: Share your expertise by guiding junior drafters and supporting manufacturing solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 3–5 years in mechanical design.
* Tech skills: SolidWorks pro, AutoCAD familiarity, and comfort with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering drawing practices and industry/military standards.
* Soft skills: Organized, communicative, and ready to work independently.
