Manufacturing Engineer
-Pay: $90-120k/year DOE
-Location: Role is on-site in Valencia, CA
*Must have manufacturing experience*

***********Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing role • Experience with laser systems, robotics, and automation implementation required or strongly preferred • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office Suite • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools is a plus

*************Skills and Qualifications • Strong problem-solving and process development skills • Technical knowledge of laser integration and robotic automation in manufacturing • Ability to apply mathematical and statistical methods to manufacturing analysis • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and layouts • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or manufacturing simulation tools • Project management or Lean Manufacturing training.
