We’re expanding and looking for a motivated, experienced insurance agent to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding results.
The Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for managing an existing book of business while driving new client growth through consultative sales. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable across multiple insurance lines, customer-focused, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate property, casualty, and life insurance coverage.
Manage policy renewals, claims, and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Stay up to date on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses required.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient with CRM and agency management systems.
