Job Title: Estimator / Sales Associate

Pay: $18/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Sales Associate to join our team. This position combines technical expertise with strong customer service skills. You will work directly with clients to provide accurate estimates, interpret blueprints, and guide them through product selections.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints to prepare accurate estimates.
Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
Drive sales by building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Prepare quotes and proposals with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain basic computer records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales experience preferred.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar).
Organized, dependable, and forward-facing with clients.
