What You’ll Do:
-Design and implement impactful training and development programs that help our team grow and succeed.
-Support employee relations, performance evaluations, and engagement initiatives that build trust and collaboration.
-Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA) and workers’ compensation with care and compliance.
-Maintain accurate HR data using ADP Workforce Now and G Suite tools.
-Generate reports, assist with audits, and ensure HR operations meet nonprofit compliance and grant requirements.
-Partner with leadership to strengthen our inclusive, people-first culture.
What You’ll Bring:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
-5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
-Proficiency with G Suite and ADP Workforce Now.
-Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-A genuine passion for supporting mission-driven work.
