Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Valley Center, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, M-F 8-4:30
Pay: $23–$27/hr DOE
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with mid-level human resources experience to join a government organization in Valley Center, CA! This position offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent role with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and members, providing professional and courteous customer service.
Support day-to-day HR administrative functions, including onboarding, personnel transactions, and compliance documentation.
Ensure HR and member service records are accurate, up-to-date, and maintained in accordance with confidentiality and policy standards.
Coordinate benefit and membership service programs, enrollment, and related documentation.
Process HR forms, personnel changes, and maintain employee files to ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration to support HR and member service operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required in the U.S.
Experience providing HR administrative support, including onboarding, personnel documentation, and compliance tracking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
