Santa Fe Springs, CA: Construction company looking to hire an HR Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in the hiring process, supporting the recruitment team in various tasks. They manage the administrative aspects of recruitment, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires. They also contribute to the overall candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and positive interaction throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities include:
•Effectively assist the public and employees; answer calls and determine how calls should be routed; direct public and employees to appropriate offices; answer routine questions; and distribute and explain forms, such as employment applications
•Assisting with the development and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
•Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
•Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress.
•Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
•Ensuring candidates have a positive interview experience.
•Providing interview feedback to candidates and hiring managers when necessary.
•Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding materials.
•Coordinating background checks and reference checks.
•Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
