Help Desk Specialist - $13.50/hr
Growing organization is looking for Help Desk Specialists to join their Tier 1 team! This Help Desk Specialist role will be paying $13.50/hr and is a temp to possible permanent role! This is a great opportunity for an experienced Help Desk Specialist that is looking for an awesome company to use their IT and technical talents and experience within!
Schedule: Midday to evening shifts. For example: 11AM-5:30PM or 2PM-8PM. Ability to work past 5PM is required. Training will be normal working hours (9AM-5PM), so you must be able to work those hours for training.
Qualifications to be considered for this Help Desk Specialist role will include: ability to type 35 WPM, ability to pass a preliminary technical assessment, and prior technical experience and/or education.
Responsibilities for this Help Desk Specialist role will include: answering and evaluating incoming calls that are requesting assistance, helping with questions about hardware, software, networking or other related computer issues, logging and tracking calls using a problem management system, maintains history records of calls, and helping in anyway other way possible.
