What You’ll Do
Lead and enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance programs.
Serve as the liaison with the Department of Labor and ensure compliance with all employment regulations.
Update, maintain, and communicate company policies and employee handbooks.
Manage personnel relations, including performance coaching and disciplinary actions.
Stay current on federal and state employment laws to ensure compliant practices.
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and orientation to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
Champion company culture and team development initiatives.
Perform other HR functions as the company grows and needs evolve.
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of HR experience.
Strong working knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and engagement strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); social media familiarity is a plus.
Hands-on, collaborative leader with a fair-but-firm approach.
Flexible and dependable
