Job Title: Forklift Operator

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to assist with warehouse operations and support other departments as needed. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, which involve bending, lifting, and scanning items. The role also requires wrapping pallets to tight specifications, pushing machines, and performing general warehouse tasks. You will operate sit-down and dock stocker and use RF scanners to maintain accurate order counts.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed with notice)
• Pay Rate: $18.70/hr
Responsibilities:
• Picking and packing orders (bending, lifting, scanning).
• Wrapping pallets to tight specifications.
• Pushing machines and performing general warehouse tasks.
• Operating sit-down and dock stocker forklifts (training provided).
• Using RF scanners and maintaining accurate order counts.
• Loading/unloading trailers (for selected team members).
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months forklift experience (Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit-down).
• At least 2 years warehouse experience (1 year stand-up forklift preferred).
• RF scanner knowledge and strong math & reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items) and perform physical tasks (walking, standing, bending, reaching).
• Good attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments on time.
