We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to provide support with the primary focus on assisting the Financial Aid department.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key support resource for the Financial Aid team, assisting with daily office tasks and student inquiries
General office and clerical support across the suite (excluding HR)
Front desk coverage and customer service for students, staff, and visitor
Filing, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records
Light accounting and data-entry tasks as needed within Financial Aid and Administrative Services
Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience required
Familiarity with Financial Aid processes or student-facing office environments strongly preferred
Basic accounting or bookkeeping skills
Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking abilities
