We are seeking an experienced Finance and Human Resources Manager to oversee financial operations and human resource functions. This key position supports the organization’s fiscal stability, compliance, and positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit accounting, government grant management, and HR administration, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Primary Responsibilities
Oversee all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Prepare and manage annual budgets and monthly financial reports for leadership and the Board.
Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
Manage grant finances, including reporting and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Coordinate the annual Single Audit process and liaise with external auditors.
Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
Human Resources Duties:
Supervise payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies in line with employment laws.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and compliance.
Ensure personnel files are properly maintained and documentation is accurate and complete.
Serve as the main contact for HR inquiries and benefits-related matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in nonprofit finance and/or HR.
Strong understanding of government grant compliance and Single Audit requirements.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
