Are you a people person with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re on the hunt for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our real estate office! If you love meeting new people, keeping things in order, and making a great first impression, this is the perfect gig for you. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, visitors, and our awesome team. You’ll keep the front desk buzzing, make sure everyone feels welcome, and handle the little details that make a big difference. What You’ll Be Doing: Greet Like a Pro: Welcome clients and visitors with a big smile and a positive attitude. Phone Wizardry: Answer and direct calls like a pro — no call goes unanswered! Calendar Guru: Manage appointment schedules and keep meeting rooms organized. Info Hub: Provide helpful info about our services and keep clients in the loop. Office Vibes: Keep the front desk looking sharp and organized. Mail Master: Handle incoming mail and deliveries like a boss. Admin Rockstar: Help with filing, data entry, and other office tasks. Message Relay: Pass along important messages to the right people quickly and accurately. Security Check: Keep an eye on visitor access and make sure everyone’s safe and sound. Problem Solver: If something’s off, you’ll be the one to spot it and fix it fast. What We’re Looking For: Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree is a plus. Experience: At least 1–2 years of front desk or administrative experience (bonus points for real estate experience!). Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools. People Person: Friendly, approachable, and great at talking to all kinds of people. Organizer: You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. Problem Solver: Quick thinker who loves finding solutions on the fly. Professional Vibe: You’re polished, reliable, and always put your best foot forward. Confidentiality: You know how to keep things on the down-low when needed.
