Gain satisfaction in assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues in an efficient and timely manner. We work with a fast growing company and are currently looking for self-starters with little to no supervision and those with proven track record in customer service. As a customer service rep you will help others in resolving account related issues through answering incoming calls from customers, entering relevant information regarding customers inquires into company’s logging and tracking system.
Requirements for this opportunity include prior experience in a customer service role, experience working with multi phone-lines in a fast paced environment, data entry skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and familiarity with database applications is preferred.
