Client Services Associate (CSA)

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL – Onsite
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 + Bonus

About the Role:
Join a growing wealth management firm supporting advisors and clients. This role is perfect for organized professionals with experience in wealth/finance, legal, hospitality, or executive assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client account paperwork, investment applications, and transfers

Process incoming checks, correspondence, and gifts

Maintain accurate client and vendor data in CRM

Arrange and participate in meetings and team activities

Support advisors with administrative and client-related tasks

Requirements:

Professional experience in client-facing or administrative roles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills
