Seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a busy Customer Service Department.
The ideal candidate must be detailed-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse personalities within several departments.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Processing daily purchase orders for a specific region.
Look up daily shipment orders and process through our shipping department. Update orders in system.
Shipping and billing.
Answer customer’s questions and concerns and follow-up and research orders.
Track all shipments utilizing our internal tracking system.
