Currently seeking motivated candidates seeking a great new opportunity with a well established company! This is a fantastic chance to get your foot in the door! You would be responsible for assisting in the call center department. Either receiving calls or placing outbound calls to follow up with customers/clients while providing excellent customer service. Whether you are a recent college grad, have previous call center experience, or enjoy customer service, we are open to background.

Qualifications :

•Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively.

•Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

•Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people.

•Social Perceptiveness — Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

•Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

•Spreadsheet software — Microsoft Excel
