Large Foods Distributor of Meals to schools, In need of superior Account Specialist to manage a large volume of specified accounts in busy call center at our headquarters in Ontario CA

Duties and Requirements:
2-5 years Account management/Call Center or Customer Service experience
Type 45+ WPM
Process high volume of customer orders using Dual Screens
Respond to high volume of calls
Respond to High volume of emails
Process change orders and Returns
Highly professional, proper email etiquette
Highly organized able to handle large work load
Ability to multi task and prioritize work flow
Work with sense of urgency- "Can do attitude"
Good math skills
Must be flexible to schedule start time 6am to 8am
Bilingual Spanish a PLUS!
