Brake Press Operator / Fabricator
-Pay: $24-30/hr DOE
-Shift: 1st shift
-Location: Santa Ana, CA

-The Role: Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing environment. The job focuses on setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend and shape metal parts while maintaining accuracy, safety, and production quality.

-Main Duties
• Set up and operate press brake machines
• Install and align dies, adjust machine settings, and verify metal thickness and pressure settings
• Measure and inspect finished parts using tools like calipers and micrometers
• Read blueprints and follow job specifications
• Load/unload materials manually or with a crane
• Troubleshoot machine or production issues
• Report defective materials or equipment problems
• Complete production documentation and maintain clean work areas

-Required Skills
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring instruments
