We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on supporting our drivers and assisting with HR-related tasks, while also helping to organize and maintain our fleet information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
-Help with onboarding, documentation, and communication for employees
-Upload, scan, and organize fleet and HR records accurately
-Enter notes and maintain information in our fleet management system
-Work independently to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
-Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Proficient with computers, data entry, and document management
-Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
-Experience with fleet management systems
