Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Benefits Specialist with at least 5 years of recent experience in benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TriNet and a strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Key Responsibilities:

-Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, new hire onboarding, and life event changes.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues.
-Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits processing.
-Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
-Utilize TriNet to manage benefits data and reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in benefits administration.
Proficiency with TriNet HRIS platform.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
