About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Financial Advisor to support our advisory team in delivering exceptional client service and comprehensive financial planning. This role offers hands-on experience in investment management, client relationship development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Input and manage client and product data within financial planning software

Gather and organize product and portfolio information

Prepare materials and reports for portfolio review meetings

Assist the primary advisor with meeting preparation and follow-up

Attend select client meetings as a secondary advisor to take notes, complete dictations, and manage action items

Participate in professional development sessions such as product wholesaler presentations, Advisor Think Tank meetings, and Investment Committee meetings

Learn and apply investment management concepts and financial strategies

Maintain relationships with Servicing-Only clients

Manage the AOE (Area of Expertise) process

Oversee insurance case and application management

Begin building and managing client relationships under supervision

Qualifications

Must hold Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in developing a career in financial advising and wealth management
