About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Credit Manager to help lead our credit and collections operations. You’ll evaluate customer credit, monitor accounts, and keep our cash flow strong and steady. This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to bring smart ideas—especially around automation and AI—to how we manage accounts receivable.
What You’ll Do
Oversee credit and collections activities to keep delinquency low and cash flow healthy.
Review credit applications, analyze financials, and recommend credit limits or terms.
Monitor aging reports and work with customers to resolve payment issues quickly.
Partner with sales and customer service to clear up disputes or deductions.
Maintain clean, accurate credit and collections records in our ERP/CRM system.
Support month-end close and prepare credit summaries or AR reports.
Mentor junior team members and help refine credit policies and procedures.
Identify process improvements—using AI tools and data-driven insights—to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
Proven leadership or managerial experience in AR or credit.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Working knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or PeopleSoft a plus).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and modern AI productivity tools.
