We are currently hiring for multiple Administrative and Customer Service openings with established companies throughout the Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, and Sunrise areas. These are temporary-to-hire opportunities offering long-term potential for dependable, customer-focused professionals looking to grow their careers.

Responsibilities May Include:
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
Managing inbound and outbound communications
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
Assisting with administrative and clerical duties
Processing documentation and updating internal systems
Supporting office operations and team initiatives
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records

Qualifications:
Previous administrative, customer service, receptionist, call center, or office support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Reliable transportation to Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, or Sunrise work locations
