The Opportunity

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable, and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our busy Human Resources team. This is a hands-on role where every day is different — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting people and projects that make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support to the HR department across daily operations and special projects.

Assist with onboarding new hires and organizing HR files and data.

Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required, including pivot tables).

Support candidate screening and communication (no recruiting).

Coordinate meetings, events, and local job fairs as needed.

Collaborate with team members through Microsoft Teams and other digital tools.

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and help keep HR operations running smoothly.

What You Bring

2+ years of administrative experience (HR support a plus).

Strong Excel skills — including comfort with pivot tables and data organization.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Professional, positive, and flexible attitude — a true team player.

Degree preferred, but not required.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Reliable, proactive, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
