Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Pay: $25/hour
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: 100% onsite near Florida Mall - zip code 32809

About the Role:
Our Accounting Department is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable / Collections Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounts receivable and collections who thrives in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and soft collections activities
Respond to client inquiries, primarily via email (90%) and occasional phone contact (10%)
Send and track invoices and payment reminders
Maintain organized electronic filing systems
Utilize MS Outlook and Excel to communicate and manage account updates
Perform data extraction and document handling using Oracle (training provided)
Support general administrative functions within the department
Communicate clearly and professionally in written form

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or collections
High school diploma required
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Comfortable with both written and verbal client communication
Background check required/10 Panel Drug Test
