Position: Accounts Receivable Associate
Pay Rate: $22/Hour
Duration: November-May 2026


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Associate to provide back-office support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for posting daily cash receipts, ensuring accuracy across all invoices, and helping identify potential fraud through verification processes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately post all incoming cash to the appropriate client accounts and invoices based on provided remittances.

Ensure all cash receipts are processed and posted within the same business day.

Review invoices for completeness and accuracy, ensuring appropriate backup documentation is in place.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, missing information, or incorrect postings.

Research, reconcile, and analyze data to maintain financial accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Adhere to internal controls and accounting policies to ensure consistent and accurate financial reporting.

Monitor and help identify potential fraudulent activities during verification and posting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a high-volume cash application environment.

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.

Proven ability to manage large transaction volumes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems/software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.

Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
