Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator
Location: Corona, CA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay Range: $65K-$75K annually

Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):
Accounts Receivable
Post invoices to Sage 300
Manage mechanics lien releases and subcontractor lien releases
Submit invoices via customer web portals (e.g., Supply Pro, Coupa) or by mail
Track invoices and payments
Manage joint checks
Contract Administration
Route and track customer contracts and subcontracts
Issue and track customer and subcontractor change orders
Post change orders to Sage 300
Pull and renew city business licenses for project sites
Insurance Administration
Request and track insurance certificates for contracts
Maintain company and subcontractor insurance records
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent accounts receivable experience in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Sage 300 is a plus
Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
