We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst with a background in trucking or oil and gas to support financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and analyze financial reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
-Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
-Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
-Analyze revenue, cost, and operational data to identify trends and variances.
-Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
-Collaborate with operations and management to ensure financial accuracy across departments.
-Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-3+ years of accounting experience; trucking or oil & gas industry experience preferred.
-Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
-Proficient in Excel
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
