About Us:

Our operations span property management, hospitality, automotive, construction, and retail, employing over 500 team members. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team and oversee financial operations across diverse business units.
What You’ll Do:
Manage accounting functions for multiple divisions, including property management, hospitality, automotive, and retail.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for entities using Yardi Software and QuickBooks.
Ensure accurate posting of daily sales reports and maintain timely reconciliations.
Collaborate with division leaders to support growth initiatives and acquisitions.
Supervise a team of 10 accounting and administrative professionals handling $22MM payroll.
Drive process improvements and maintain internal controls across all entities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
5+ years of accounting management experience
Proficiency in Yardi and QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
