been out of work since 2002, how do I deal with that

| In April of 2002 I was layed off from my job of 6.5 years. Our main head quarters moved to Chicago, and I wasn't up for moving half way across the country. From March of 2003 to November 2003 I attened Bryman College where I studied Medical Adminstrative program. Since then I haven't had any luck in finding a job.
I have started doing work through the county, only 3 days a month, in January of this year, but that's about it.
during any interview what is the best way for me to answer why ... |
