My wife and I are prepping to move to the west coast. I have been searching for work through the normal websites and have been submiiting lots of resumes. Unfortunately I am not getting many responses. Those that I am getting, basically say they are only hiring local candidates. So my question is:
How do people get a job offer when they are not a local candidate?
