Client Services
Built to develop and strengthen partnerships with new as well as existing clients, the Client Services Group's main function is to focus both the business relationship and the Total Quality Management of client companies. Through the implementation of strategic planning and alliances, Client Services strives to neatly link AppleOne's various departments into one centralized, company-wide provider.
Among the Client Services Group's Duties Are:
- Review of Staffing Services Agreements to ensure continual contract compliance
- Perform Needs Assessment, and communicates new ideas to client
- Produce and publish implementation material with contractual information, and quick reference guide for clients
- Facilitate a greater understanding of the client's needs and expectations, and strategically utilizing AppleOne support products to client's full advantage
- Connect branch offices and processes, and continually develop accounts to their full potential
- Review progress of accounts and provides Just-In-Time Business Support

Review of Staffing Service
Agreement
During the review of the Staffing Services Agreement, the Client Services department will determine the following: which branch offices will be involved, if the appointment of Dedicated Account Executives is necessary, and what tools should be implemented to support this contract.
Needs Assessment
It is very important to get client feedback regarding the service they expect. By spending time collecting crucial information, AppleOne is more able to provide more effective services. It is also during this phase that the department posts Implementation Summary Sheets on AppleWood, AppleOne's intranet site. This allows branch offices to access vital client information and use them for reference when servicing contract accounts. Included in the summary are the key points of AppleOne's contractual agreement with the client. In addition, Client Services provides a customized Quick Reference Guide as a service manual to our client. The booklet informs the client of who we are, where we are, and what services we provide.

Client Services creates a team that continually improves the level of service delivered to clients. By keeping track of all AppleOne support products and their availability, Client Services helps both branch offices and clients make the most of the resources AppleOne has to offer.

Client Services implements a communication system that can be used for knowledge transfer and maintaining predictable service delivery to the client. This supportive management system synchronizes AppleOne's multiple departments with the latest updates on the client's requests and account activity.
Review Of Account Progress and Just-In-Time Business Support
The Client Services department is also responsible for creating sales reports, usage reports, volume discount activity reports, turnover reports, and other custom reports as requested by the client. These reports enable AppleOne and our clients to analyze the business and expectations. Our Just-In-Time Business Support allows for customization of procedures, publications, reports, quality assurance reviews and the more effective use of AppleOne resources.
