These service reports will provide statistical information regarding job orders received versus job orders filled, job order replacement ratio, and average response time. The data will be reflected in informative graphs and charts displaying satisfaction and performance levels as well as other measured parameters. These reports can be provided weekly, monthly, or for any other schedule your company may desire.
